Welcome to Threeality! We're thrilled to bring your personalised 3D printed designs to life. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process for orders within Australia.


1. Order Processing Time

As your designs are custom-made, we require time to prepare and print your unique items.

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and ready for dispatch within 7 to 21 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Large or Complex Orders: For larger quantities or particularly complex designs, processing times may extend. We will notify you of any significant delays during the ordering process or as soon as possible after your order is placed.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after [4pm AEST] on a business day, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with reliable Australian carriers to ensure your personalised 3D prints arrive safely.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 5 business days after dispatch.
    • This is our standard option and offers a balance of cost-effectiveness and reliable delivery.
    • Areas Covered: Australia-wide.
    • Carrier(s) Used: Australia Post, Sendle, Aramex
  • Express Shipping (Optional):

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
    • Available for customers who need their orders more quickly.
    • Areas Covered: Australia-wide, though delivery times may vary for regional and remote areas.
    • Carrier(s) Used: Australia Post Express, StarTrack
    • Important Notes on Delivery Estimates:
  • Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
  • While we strive to meet these estimates, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, carrier delays, high parcel volumes during peak seasons like Christmas) can occasionally cause delays. We are not liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, as well as the chosen shipping method.

  • Calculation: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalise your purchase.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value. If applicable, this threshold will be clearly advertised on our website.
  • Local Pickup: Local pickup is available from our workshop. Please select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout and wait for an email confirmation with our address and that your order is ready before coming to collect it."


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number.
  • A link to the carrier's website where you can track the status of your delivery.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.


5. Delivery Issues (Loss or Damage)

  • Responsibility: We are responsible for your package until it reaches the carrier. The risk of loss and damage for items purchased from Threeality passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • Lost or Delayed Parcels: If your parcel experiences a significant delay or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If they are unable to assist, please then contact us at contact@threeality.com.au and we will do our best to help you investigate.
  • Damaged in Transit: While we package our 3D prints carefully, occasionally damage can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and the damaged item(s). You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage to the product and the packaging. We will assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Incorrect Address

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
  • If a parcel is delivered to an incorrect address due to your error and is not recovered, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.

7. Changes to this Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our shipping practices.
